Step 3 FILLER is a product for the third stage of the eyebrow and eyelash lamination procedure. Designed for active restoration of hair structure. The active ingredients in the composition are selected in such a way as to completely restore hair, soothe the skin and provide maximum protection. The product contains the Capilia Longa™ component, patented by the Spanish laboratory Vytrus Biotech (Barcelona). This is a herbal hair growth activator with an international COSMOS eco-certificate. At the third stage of lamination of eyebrows and eyelashes, we focus on maximum restoration of the hair structure. Our experts carefully selected active ingredients aimed at renewing eyelashes and eyebrows, soothing the skin and providing maximum protection.
The Capilia Longa™ component performs the following functions:
improves hair growth, thickness and quality;
reboots the hair growth cycle;
stimulates microcirculation and nutrition of hair follicles;
activates the regeneration of hair follicles.
In addition, Filler Step 3 contains wheat proteins, collagen and keratin. Together, they restore the hair structure, add shine and guarantee long-term fixation of eyelashes and eyebrows. The product has an exquisite perfume aroma with notes of black cherry, vanilla and vetiver.

A safe pH level allows you to restore hair as effectively as possible without damaging its structure.
The product is presented in 2 volumes: 2 ml sachets - enough for approximately 4 procedures and vacuum bottles of 10 ml - enough for approximately 20 procedures. The amount of use also depends on you, as a specialist, and the characteristics of your client's eyelashes and eyebrows - fine hair may require less product, and coarse hair may require more.
When laminating eyebrows, you can use our film for laminating eyebrows LAMINATION BROW FILM. This will increase the effectiveness of the procedure; the film contains active components, which promotes better penetration.
The pH level of the product is 4.0-4.5.
