ÉLAN Deep Brow Tint 2.0 02 BLUE BLACK Eyelash Tint is specially developed for intense and rich eyelash coloring. The formula provides a deep blue-black shade while incorporating conditioning ingredients to support the lashes during the coloring procedure.

The 02 BLUE BLACK shade has a blue-black color base and is used together with 2% or 3.5% Oxidizing Emulsion. The formula contains panthenol, squalane, jojoba oil and the Apigenin + Oleanolic Acid + Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1 complex, which help maintain lash moisture, softness and a well-groomed appearance.

How to use:
1. Preparation. Before coloring, degrease the lashes with Detox Mousse 2.0. Remove the foam with a cotton pad moistened with water. Avoid contact with the eyes.
2. Preparing the mixture. Mix ÉLAN Deep Brow Tint 2.0 02 BLUE BLACK with 2% or 3.5% Oxidizing Emulsion in a non-metallic container at a 1:1 ratio: 50% tint + 50% oxidizing emulsion.
3. Coloring. Apply the prepared mixture to the lashes. Depending on the desired result, leave it on for 5–10 minutes. After the processing time, remove any remaining mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water.
4. Finishing the procedure. To help set the result, apply ELAN COLOUR FIX to the lashes.
