How to use: Apply a small amount of Lipper to the lips and evenly distribute it over the entire surface using the convenient applicator. For a more saturated color, apply again. We recommend storing Lipper at a temperature of +5 to +25 degrees. In cold weather, we recommend applying Lipper in a warm room 10-15 minutes before going outside.
