Thuya 3% liquid oxidant (60 ml) is designed for professional eyebrow and eyelash coloring. It triggers the dye reaction, ensuring uniform and long-lasting coloring. The specially developed stabilized formula makes it ideal for use with the entire THUYA color palette. The oxidant contains argan oil, which provides additional care for the hairs, giving them softness and shine.

How to use:

1. Mix the oxidant in a 1:1 ratio with THUYA eyebrow and eyelash dye until a uniform texture is obtained.

2. Apply the mixture to the eyebrows or eyelashes, evenly distributing it over the entire surface.

Leave for 15 minutes to achieve the desired shade.
