The oxidizer is intended for use as an oxidizer for RefectoCil eyelash dye.

Application:

- mix 10 drops of RefectoCil oxidizer 3% liquid and 2 cm of dye from the tube, stir with the stick included in the box.

- apply the mixture immediately without delay in accordance with the instructions for use of RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash dye.
