Permanent Lash&Brow Micellar Water, 200 ml

A specially developed formula that prepares the skin for eyebrow tinting.

Properties:

- Gently cleanses without stripping;

- Penetrates deeply into every cell;

- Removes makeup residue;

- Removes dust and dirt from the skin;

- Tones and refreshes;

- Relaxes and soothes.

Directions: Apply a small amount of micellar water to a cotton pad and gently cleanse the face and eyelids.

Ingredients: Aqua/water, hexylene glycol, poloxamer 184, glycerin, disodium cocoamphodiacetate, disodium edta, citric acid, dihydrocholeth-30, polyaminopropyl biguanide, parfum/fragrance.
