A specially developed formula that prepares the skin for eyebrow tinting.

Properties:

Directions: Apply a small amount of micellar water to a cotton pad and gently cleanse the face and eyelids.

Ingredients: Aqua/water, hexylene glycol, poloxamer 184, glycerin, disodium cocoamphodiacetate, disodium edta, citric acid, dihydrocholeth-30, polyaminopropyl biguanide, parfum/fragrance.
