Permanent Lash&Brow saline solution is designed to cleanse and degrease eyebrow hairs and skin, as well as remove micro-debris before tinting.

This cleansing and degreasing step promotes more effective and lasting brow coloring with dye or henna: the pigment applies evenly, without streaks or spots, lasts longer on the hairs and skin, and is more resistant to washing out and fading in the sun.

Directions for use: Apply a few drops of Permanent Lash&Brow saline solution to a cotton pad or cotton swab and wipe the eyebrow area before tinting.

Ingredients: Aqua, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid.
